 | I love my existing website, can I keep the design? What do I do with my existing site? |

| | Will I lose anything from my existing website? |

| If you have menus links using images, then these can be kept but you will need a graphic designer to create new ones. Alternatively, these can be turned into text links in a stylish font, which means that you are able to add and delete top menu, and sub menu links at any time. |

| | Do I have to change my hosting company? |
|
| We cannot support iEdit on a server environment over which we have control. The product is written in opensource php4/mysql and we cannot guarantee that it will function on any other server than cpmd hosting. |

| | How much does it cost? |
|
| Starts at £29.95, but if your website has a complicated menu structure and offers other dynamic services such as a shopping cart, these take additional integration and will cost a little more. |

| | How long does it take? |

| For a basic website without additional modules, iEdit. can be delivered in 2 working days. |

| | When I change something on the website, how long before I see the changes? |
|
| You will make your changes to the website, just as though you are writing an email using hotmail, or any Webmail. As soon as you click Send your email is sent across the internet. When you click Save at the bottom of the page you are working on, your changes are now sent to your website. We recommend that you work with your webpages open in a second browser window, as well as keeping ipage open, so that you can refresh whenever you click Save, and see the immediate changes taking place. This way if you don’t like the look of your changes, or make a spelling mistake you can see it immediately and re-edit. |

| | I may need a shopping cart, a gallery or some other add-ons. Can you add those? |

| | What if I have no internet, can I still update my website? |
|
| We advise you to prepare all your text and images, and store them and back up on your hard drive. As soon as you are ready you must logon to the internet in order to access your website and make your changes through iEdit on the live server. |

| | I know nothing about FTP or HTML. How do I know that I'll ever be able to use this? |

| If you know how to write an email, and use the email editor icons such as bold, underline, paragraph, and even add attachments, then you will be able to use this. |

| | I understand that my website will be delivered ready for me to use (enter all my content old and new)? |

| Yes, however we strongly recommend that you use this process of "populating" your site to become thoroughly familiar with iEdit. You will be amazed at how fast it all transfers across using copy and paste icons, and by doing it, you will learn everything there is to know about iEdit so you become as familiar with it as you (probably) are with emails!
